I have a new book, published by Eyrolles Editions. This is a book around fantasy creatures, and it is especially for beginners.

Sketchbook ALEX TUIS ComixBuro

Et voilà, après plusieurs mois de dur labeur du côté de l'équipe de ComixBuro, voici enfin mon Sketchbook.
Contrairement à son nom, c’est une sorte de mini Artbook, un Best of de mon travail.
Vous y trouverez également des croquis inédits et quelques visuels jamais vus auparavant.
Il y a aussi un pas à pas expliquant ma technique pour réaliser une illustration.
Merci à Olivier Vatine, ComixBuro, Bruno Bellamy, Franck Debernardi et Elsa Besnard d’avoir créer ce livre.
Les 900 premiers exemplaires sont numérotés et signés.
L’ouvrage est en librairie. Si vous êtes parisien, il y en a de nombreux exemplaire dans les librairies Albums.
C’est un 18x22 de 48 pages couleur brochées (15 Euros).

Alexandre Tuis started his creative carrier in publishing, publicity and visual media.

In 2000 he integrated Cryo, a video game developer in Paris, specialized in adventure and logical games.
For more than two years, as concept Artist, he took part of each adventure games such Atlantis IV, Thorgal, Egypte III and Salammbô.
After this great experience, he has decided to set his imagination free and to work on his own path as freelancer.
As freelance Artist specialized in illustration and concept Art, he starts working on posters and illustrations for magazines, Manga shops and editors.
In 2005 he begins his collaboration with FX studios. Both French, UK and American teams.
He becomes the Lead concept artist on Chris Noonan and Doug Lodato’s project The Crash Dummies in the gone far away.
He also created illustrations on W, a confidential project from the well known matte painter Deak Ferrand.
In partnership with French director Xavier Gens’ he has developed designs for Vanikoro, a still confidential project .
He did several designs as creatures designer for Blood Last Vampire, live version of the animated movie, the Katmandu House (an attraction park in Spain) And Dragon Ball Evolution.
He took part in three Horror projects for V.G.P., creating the slashers characters.
In September 2010 he published a making off around his work, in collaboration with Eyrolles editions. Le dessin fantastique pour débutant.
And a sketchbook for Comix Buro, a french publisher.
Since he joined Artistic teams on different movies.
Like LOGAN, Silent Hill Revelation , I Frankenstein, Dead Shadows or Dark Shadows.
Recently he did some pieces for Sideshow Toy, around famous licensed products. And also posters for French Paper Art Club.
